A dabbler in the arts, a freelance writer, mother, grandmother and blogger is how I like to describe myself.

My goal is to grow my blog globally for financial independence.

I live in a small coastal town on the South Coast of South Africa.

My life is no different from millions of other women around the world, but I enjoy documenting my daily life in such a way that others can relate to it.

My outside interests are riding my Brompton fold up bike, swimming at gym, playing tenpin bowling and drinking copious cups of cappuccino with friends.

I have been lucky to have travelled a fair amount and have a son who lives in Sweden and a younger son living in South Africa.
